LXE VX8
Powerful and compact
The VX8 Vehicle-Mount Computer is a rugged, wirelessly enabled Windows based
mobile PC with a 10.4” touch screen display, designed for vehicle mounted use
in tough environments. Available with either Windows® XP Professional MUI or
Windows® XP Embedded, the VX8 has the power and fl exibility to run multiple
advanced applications. Its compact size and range of vehicle mounting options
makes it suitable for use on vehicles where space is limited. Optional integrated
Bluetooth®, WLAN and WWAN radio support deliver communications on the move.
Built by LXE for tough environments
With a magnesium enclosure rated to IP65, the VX8 has been engineered to handle
extreme temperatures, shock, vibration, dust and moisture. The VX8 is packed with
features that enhance reliability and ease of service and is available with LXE’s
ServicePASS support package.
